27th AUGUST
£35 per Head - 6 course spectacular with canapes and arrival drink.
The Crooked House is hosting The C word events every month - these are not events where people must use an entire vocabulary of word beginning with C however they are a culinary event that not only showcases fresh seasonal food but also the skill of guest chefs from other venues against our very own chefs (all overseen by executive head chef Jason)
The events will be 6 / 7 course events and the decision of the best menu is in your hands as your score card chooses the winning menu.
24 spaces for each menu will be available for these evenings which will be held the last Friday of every month.
Our first event featured our head Chef Simon against Chef Ant who currently works at the 2 rosette awarded Granary Hotel and Restaurant in Kidderminster. Both menus are featured below and the interest was amazing.
The event was unbelieveable and had amazing feedback.

Both chefs, worked tirelessly for the event and I must say produce an amazing experience for all our capacity diners.
amazingly (and it wasn't fixed we had a 50/50 split on chosen menu and the final scorecards read a total of 23 out of 25 on all the food that went out.
The marginal winner of the night was Ant with a score of 24.2 out of 25 and Si running him close with 22.8 out of 25.
The feedback was amazing as was the whole night and 50% have rebooked for our next event so book up early for our next evening should there be space.

Hi to everyone and a special thanks to all of you diners that have visited the Crooked House since we have taken over and had the kind grace to recommend us to others and taken the time to write in to local and national publishers.
This has resulted in many mystery customers (no pressure then) but ultimatelly into some fantastic revues. We have added one link for any of you who maybe havn't visited us but would once again like to thank all of those who have visited us and look forward to seeing all of you soon.
