The Crooked House is looking to expand its kitchen brigade with an enthusiatic individual with relevant training and experience to fulfil a Chef De Partie post.

Successful candidates will be working in a busy kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients and will be expected to make a positive contribution to the business from helping in the kitchen garden and developing the menu to essential paperwork and ordering.

A minimum two years experience is required along with a minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in professional cooking.

This is a very good opportunity for a enthusiatic individual with aspirations to progress within the industry whilst working in an iconic building which is fast growing in reputation seeking to gain nationally recognised awards.

Kitchen Porter

We are looking for individuals to work in the busy kitchen maintaining cleanliness, assisting in food preperation, assisting staff during service and ensuring that the kitchen remains operational with sufficient equipment.

Competent staff will progress to desserts and starters sections.

Although not essential applicants should have a keen interest in catering and food.

Front of House Staff

Due to the impending summer trade and the increase in trade The Crooked House is looking to extend its Front of House Team.

With long, hard and unsociable hours this post will not suit everyone.

However for those who enjoy working with public, enjoy being part of a close, fun and friendly team and wish to be part of a team that strives for success and improvement then feel free to apply.
