SOUS CHEF

We are looking for an individual that strives for success to help us bridge the gap to the next level, an understanding and experience of quality food offering and all the undertakings needed to offer this is essential.
Experience completing necessary paperwork in adherence to legislation is essential as successful applicants will be required to assist the Head Chef in all elements and be proficient in there role to complete all tasks in his absence.

CHEF DE PARTIE

Our ideal candidate will have worked in a leading restaurant or hotel environment and have a proven track record of success as Chef De Partie ready to take your career to the next stage.
Applicants must have a minimum of NVQ level 3 and 3 years experience within the catering industry.
You will need to have a passion for food and the ability to assist the Head Chef in all aspects of running a successful kitchen. You must have creativity, flair and imagination to design and develop menu ideas, ensuring a high standard of quality and hygiene.

Front of House Staff
Casual Basis
Wage meets minimum wage with incriments based on performance, completion of qualifications and tasks.
Due to the impending summer trade and the increase in trade The Crooked House is looking to extend its Front of House Team.
With long, hard and unsociable hours this post will not suit everyone.
However for those who enjoy working with public, enjoy being part of a close, fun and friendly team and wish to be part of a team that strives for success and improvement then feel free to apply.
Although not essential experience is preferable.
